Darren Lawson Vs Khartoum

Named after the decapitated racehorse from the Godfather (explicitly not the capital city of Sudan), Khartoum are a very exciting new rock ’n’ roll band. They’ve already played Glastonbury, Electric Picnic Festival and the god damn Louvre in Paris. They’ve even had still-prancing medical marvel Mick Jagger down the front of some of their shows. I don’t really like the Rolling Stones very much, but he must surely know something to have sold that many records.

Anyway, Darren Lawson’s mixed their excellent new single, Gameplan. It’s a feisty piece of contemporary guitar music for fans of Wolf Alice and Sunflower Bean and is out right now via our pals at Young Poet Records.
